Wunda Chair Practical Workshop

If you are interested in the Pilates Wunda Chair, why not give this workout a go. The session lasts for approximately 1 hour and covers many of the Wunda Chair exercises. We look at individual exercises and an order of sorts. A great workout for both Pilates Teachers and Pilates enthusiasts.


This 60 minutes class doubles up as a workshop. The class works through the ‘wunda’ chair exercises in a fluid order. The class includes many teaching tips and cues for teachers in order to get the best out of your own clients You can use this session as your own workout or as a learning resource.

The Wunda Chair is a fabulous piece of apparatus where we can perform challenging exercises such as pull up and tendon stretch. It really is a fun workout:)
