Advanced Mat Class (with standing magic circle)

Are you feeling motivated? Well this workout is for you. The session takes you through the full advanced mat repertoire, finishing with some standing magic circle exercises focussing on the concept of ‘lifting and lengthening’ the body. A workout not to be missed.


This Advanced Mat class is a great workout. It follows the classical repertoire working through in order from the hundred to the push up. We look at some teaching tips throughout the workout on how to improve both your own technique and that of your clients.

At the end of the workout, we work through the standing magic circle exercises. A fun class that makes you sweat:)
